Title: Sabbatical Fellow
Location: Doylestown, PA

Designed for faculty on temporary leave from their host institution, spending a period of time to spin out an idea into a company.  This is a great way to get a “proof of concept” for an idea.  Sabbatical Fellows can come to the Baruch S. Blumberg Institute and Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center to spin their life science ideas out into start-up companies, or out licensing.  We have had considerable success with this model.
